Overview As a Senior Consultant supporting both the Compensation Valuation and Strategy and Operations service lines, Daniela’s expertise and primary area of focus centers around value-based care. Providing comprehensive support for numerous types of provider arrangements, she conducts competitive market research, fair market value analyses, and detailed modeling. Daniela serves a variety of clients including healthcare systems, hospitals, medical groups, and accountable care organizations (ACO).
Prior to Pinnacle, Daniela held numerous roles for both hospital-owned and independent ACOs where she tracked and monitored key metrics around population health initiatives, identified opportunities to reduce costs through operational efficiencies, and increased program effectiveness through deployment strategies. Her work directly impacted provider consistency, cost containment, and overall program success.
Daniela was also directly involved in system-wide improvement and transformation, serving as a change agent that would lead needed program and department reform. This included development of system-wide education and training tools and personally conducting team training throughout the organization.
Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
