Overview Mike brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Pinnacle. As a seasoned real estate expert, he has completed over 500 transactions of varying sizes and complexity in multiple markets along with numerous Broker Price Opinions on the valuation of commercial real estate properties.
As a Director, Mike focuses on Real Estate Valuation while expanding Real Estate Services for Pinnacle to include Consulting for Lease Restructuring, Facilitation of Real Estate Transactions and Oversight of Development Projects. He assists clients with sourcing, negotiating and executing transactions leveraging an innovative approach developed at his self-founded real estate firm. From facilitation of asset sales, leasing, investment and development – to consulting for retail, office, industrial and land properties, Mike provides clients with the expertise they need to navigate even the most complex real estate endeavors.
Prior to Pinnacle, Mike worked for several real estate firms in Houston before starting his own commercial real estate company in 2010 with a focus on providing quality service to each client, prospect and partner. Mike is a licensed broker in Texas and Colorado and currently resides with his family in the Denver Metro Area. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in speech communication and marketing from Texas A&M.
