Overview Mary has more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience as a practice administrator, medical billing director, and compliance officer. She specializes in revenue integrity and A/R Prevention™ techniques.
Prior to Pinnacle, Mary was the director of a pediatric sub-specialty service line, director of reimbursement and HIPAA compliance for a specialty pharmacy, and vice president of operations for a national medical billing and software company. Mary has extensive knowledge of the following revenue cycle systems: Epic, Centricity, Allscripts, and Athena.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Mary participates in local reimbursement policy societies and is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and Healthcare Billing Management Association.
