Overview Berta brings more than 12 years of healthcare compensation valuation and real estate valuation experience to Pinnacle, as well as property tax assessment and tax appeal experience working in both private and public sectors. As a Senior Consultant, she directly supports the compensation valuation team by reviewing client and industry benchmark data, developing analytical models, and performing market analysis supported by industry data/research.
As a tremendous asset to Pinnacle given her broad background, Berta is a compensation valuation expert with an impressive career that includes New York City Assessor II and Income Specialist/Commercial Deputy Appraiser at the Broward County Property Appraiser’s office, real estate property tax assessment/valuation consultant, and internal auditor for both American Express and E&Y. From analyzing complex healthcare provider compensation arrangements to developing mixed use valuations for massive mega-million-dollar commercial properties in Manhattan, her experience is extensive.
Berta holds a BBA in Accountancy from Bernard Baruch College (CUNY) in New York City with a major in Accounting and minor in Political Science.
