Overview Zach brings more than a decade of healthcare administration and management experience to Pinnacle, having served in multiple roles where he was directly responsible for business management and financial performance. Zach’s professional background includes administration, analytics, project management, and team development with significant expertise in identifying issues and providing clinical/non-clinical solutions whether system-wide or site-specific.
Prior to Pinnacle, Zach was the CEO of The Urology Center of Colorado (TUCC) which operates as the largest independent urology practice in the Rocky Mountain region. During his tenure, Zach scaled the business model for expansion to 3 new locations while increasing both patient volume and revenue.
Prior to TUCC, Zach was an Administrator at University Hospitals Case Medical Center where he managed operations and led the strategic growth of all divisions within the Urology Institute. Zach also held multiple positions at the Cleveland Clinic including International Operations Project Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst.
Zach holds an MBA from Ohio University and a BS in Applied Health Science specializing in Healthcare Administration from Bowling Green State University. He also holds multiple LEAN and project management certifications and has extensive experience with EHR systems including EPIC, Cerner, and Athena.
