Drew services a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients by providing fair market value analysis and transaction support on arrangements including employment, on-call coverage, administrative services, professional services agreements, clinical co-management, and management services agreements along with other complex relationships.
Drew has specific experience working with life science companies and serves as a Principal with MRC Global, an affiliated company focused on the life sciences community. Drew provides focused support related to physician compensation rate sheets for advisory roles, royalty arrangements and has developed a methodology to identify and certify healthcare providers into tiers of Key Opinion Leaders (“KOLs”).
Drew holds a BS in business administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
