Overview Stephanie brings a strong healthcare background to Pinnacle that includes physician and advanced provider compensation, cost benefit analysis, financial reporting, contract management and financial support of healthcare operations. From analyzing productivity and quality data for bonus compensation, to providing financial reports, forecasting return on investment and identifying trends and variances, her expertise is extensive. Her current focus is on health system MSAs, PSAs, unique FMV arrangement review, IRO / CIA work, and dialysis work.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Stephanie was a Data Analyst for Indiana University Health Southern Indiana Physicians, a multi-specialty physician group based in Bloomington. In this role, she gained valuable experience and a comprehensive understanding of health care provider compensation analysis and reporting. Prior to working for Indiana University Health Southern Indiana Physicians, Stephanie started her healthcare consulting career working for a healthcare management firm where she facilitated marketing activities, coordinated board/committee meetings, and assisted with grant proposals.
Stephanie holds a BBA and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Lipscomb University, Swang College of Business.
