Overview As an Administrative Analyst for the Compliance and Risk Management Team, Will leverages his experience and education in Health Systems Management and Public Health to support numerous healthcare provider clients. This includes data review, entry, organization and analysis that serve as the foundation for coding and billing reviews and audits.
Will also assists with the analysis and review of various audit tools and client reports to ensure clarity, while maximizing his experience with ReviewMate to prepare review data for audit and supporting the team with final report completion and assembly after the results are generated.
As a compliment to the Pinnacle team, Will serves as a tremendous resource to our clients given his organizational and clerical skills and attention to detail. He is also extremely efficient and understands the importance of delivering highly accurate and well-organized information to clients in a timely manner – always exceeding expectations and strengthening relationships.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management with a Minor in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
