Overview Liz brings 20+ years of experience in financial management, strategy and leadership to Pinnacle. As Controller, she directly supports the COO/CFO while overseeing the operating budget and day-to-day finances for the organization. Leveraging her background as a former CFO, Director of Finance, Controller and Real Estate Consultant, she will further enhance accounting and operations while maximizing technology to improve performance and efficiency. Skilled at implementing strategic solutions based on in-depth financial analysis, Liz will assist Pinnacle leadership in minimizing financial risk to strengthen overall financial standing while accelerating future growth to achieve long-term financial objectives.
Prior to Pinnacle, Liz held senior financial roles at several $150M+ revenue organizations including Controller for FullSpeed Automotive (Grease Monkey and other national brands), Chief Financial Officer for Christy Sports, Director of Finance for Shane Co. (largest privately owned jeweler in the US), Controller for Big O Tires and Accountant for Xcel Energy.
Liz holds a BA in Accounting from the University of New Mexico and an MS in Finance from the University of Denver. She is also a member of the Financial Executive Institute, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
