Janelle Anderson

Janelle is an accomplished healthcare and business development professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Pinnacle. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, she has worked with non-profit community health systems, medical networks, and primary and multi-specialty medical groups to improve healthcare delivery through improved operations. She is a master at aligning healthcare compensation, incentives, and metrics to drive better quality, efficiency and revenue. Her expertise is broad and includes PSA arrangements, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, business development, and program/project management. Maximizing her considerable experience in provider compensation modeling, redesign, and automation, Janelle has restructured existing programs to include an ambulatory surgery center services redesign and the expansion of services at existing clinic and outpatient centers.  

Prior to Pinnacle, Janelle held multiple leadership and consultant positions at healthcare systems and provider networks in California. This includes Director of Contracting and Compensation at El Camino Health in Silicon Valley where she developed, directed, and managed compensation for professional services while helping recruit and secure industry leading medical teams. From development, negotiation, and oversight that included incentives, performance metrics and measurement, Janelle has created programs that not only secure and motivate top talent, but also build long-term loyalty.

Complimenting her industry experience, Janelle earned her MBA and holds a Bachelor in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also a taskforce member of the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP), and a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), the American Medical Group Association (AMGA), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
