As a Manager with more than 25 years of finance, strategy, and management experience both in and out of healthcare, Jason brings tremendous skill and a wealth of knowledge to the Strategy and Operations division with expertise in financial analysis, forecasting/modeling, supply chain management, and expense auditing.
Prior to Pinnacle, Jason served as a Senior Manager at SCL Health (now Intermountain Health) and University of Colorado Medicine (UC Health) – two large health systems in Finance and Strategy/Business Development. Prior to that, Jason provided finance and analytic support as a senior financial analyst for a large/high-volume cardiovascular group practice.
Before embracing the healthcare arena, Jason worked for nearly 10 years as an independent consultant providing cash-flow forecasting, financial modeling, and other analytical services in the oil and gas, telecom, and financial services industries.
Jason’s extensive background includes proforma development, supply chain and financial audit, practice acquisition, black-box analysis and revenue forecasting, and provider compensation design and analysis. He also received his MBA from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in Finance.
