As a Business Intelligence Analyst, Andrew is responsible for developing interactive dashboards and reports, querying and analyzing complex data, supporting automated data pipelines and data integration, and delivering market, compensation, and governance insights through collaboration with analytics leadership. His current focus is on leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies to proactively solve complex business problems and generate meaningful insights at scale.
In Andrew’s previous role as Athletic/Activities Director for the Missouri School for the Deaf, he directed and coordinated athletic teams and extracurricular programs for middle and high school students, and managed budgeting and facility scheduling. Committed to holistic student development, Andrew empowered students through academics, athletics, and leadership initiatives, including the successful revival of wrestling and the introduction of new middle school sports programs.
Andrew earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics from William Woods University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with minors in computer science and psychology from Texas State University.
