She also managed coding audits and education for more than 25 coders across multiple specialties and provided physician coding and training for a large cardiology practice in Texas.
Donna earned her Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, along with multiple certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
