Fatima brings foundational experience data analysis, financial reporting, and business intelligence tools including SQL, Python, RStudio, and Excel. Her background includes working with data to support decision-making, along with experience in communication, stakeholder support, and event coordination. As an Analyst at Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting, Fatima supports the Compensation Valuation team through healthcare market research, FMV and compliance analyses, physician compensation benchmarking, and report preparation.
Prior to Pinnacle, Fatima worked as a student assistant supporting parent giving and donor relations. There, she supported fundraising and development efforts by assisting with communications, donor data management, reporting, and collaborative engagement initiatives. She was also an ambassador for pre-health advising at the University of Colorado Boulder where she planned and coordinated student outreach initiatives, managing a high-volume events calendar while collaborating with staff to deliver presentations and assess student needs for program improvements.
Fatima earned her BS in business administration with an emphasis in business analytics and information management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
