John is a seasoned healthcare executive and strategist who currently serves as Brand Ambassador for the Pinnacle Family of Companies. With over a decade of experience, John has assisted health systems, hospitals, physician groups, Accountable Care Organizations, and Managed Care Organizations navigate the complexities of healthcare transformation. He excels in designing and implementing value-based care models, developing growth strategies, and optimizing provider networks to enhance clinical integration and improve patient outcomes. His expertise includes strategy and operations, recruitment and retention, physician engagement, alignment, and integration as well as compensation and incentive plan design, payor contracting and negotiations, network development, data analytics, and value-based care.

John previously led network operations for a major Independent Physician Association in North Texas where he spearheaded initiatives in value-based care programs, payor negotiations, and clinical integration for 650+ physicians across 250+ practices. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American College of Health Data Management, he holds a Healthcare MBA, an MS in Healthcare Leadership and Management, and a certification in Healthcare Informatics Leadership. John is also a former Army Field Artillery Officer with 14 years of military service.
