Crystal brings nearly 15 years of practice management experience to Pinnacle. Leveraging her expertise, Crystal effectively identifies and capitalizes on new business opportunities for her clients. She is also a master at standardizing, streamlining, and implementing processes while empowering leadership and motivating peers, resulting in a more efficient and effective medical practice that delivers better patient satisfaction while generating increased profit that fuels sustainable growth.
Prior to Pinnacle, Crystal served as business operations manager and practice manager for several large medical practices throughout Colorado. Responsible for business operations, providers and employees across multiple locations, she has a robust and in depth understanding of the intricacies and complexities of running highly successful medical practices.
Beyond practice operations, Crystal’s other strengths include strategic marketing, risk management and employee recruitment and retention. She is also experienced with EMR/EPIC and holds a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from College America in Denver where she graduated at the top of her class.
