Adam has over 30 years of healthcare management, consulting, and provider compensation valuation experience for private and public healthcare organizations. Leveraging his broad healthcare background, he has sourced and managed a wide variety of engagements in healthcare valuation, revenue cycle management, performance improvement initiatives, and all aspects of practice management including operations, human resources, billing processes, marketing, and customer service.

As an Executive Director of the Verticals of Excellence (VoE), Adam works with large physician groups that aspire to be joint venture equity partners in revenue cycle management (RCM) services.  Ownership interest in a specialty-specific VoE allows groups to focus more energy on strategic partnerships and internal operations while maintaining influence over high-quality RCM services and participating in a growing tangential business.

Prior to Pinnacle, Adam provided healthcare valuation and consulting services to clients, including hospitals, health systems, law firms, and physician practices, focusing on areas such as compensation arrangements, physician employment, and independent contractor agreements. He expertly managed complex client projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and staff, while maintaining a high client retention rate. He was instrumental in identifying and training new professionals through mentoring, inclusion in business development, and quality review.

As a former practice administrator, Adam directed all operations, finances, billing, human resources, and marketing for an Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility Center with 35 staff members, managing a $5M budget to improve fiscal efficiency through employee leasing and cost-effective strategies, and renegotiating insurance contracts to boost revenue.

Adam holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baruch College in New York, NY and a BA in Mathematics from State University of New York at Albany.
