Adam brings excellent analytical, financial analysis, and project-management skills to Pinnacle. As a Senior Consultant supporting the Compensation Valuation service line, he performs healthcare market research, physician compensation data analysis, and FMV/compliance support.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Adam served as a financial analysis advisor for a global health services company, where he led expense forecasting processes and collaborated with business leaders to develop actionable financial strategies. He created advanced tools to enhance workflow processes, improve reporting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making. He also gained experience in real estate portfolio management within the financial services sector and developed expertise in valuation through his work at a commercial real estate appraisal firm, where he conducted appraisals for diverse property types and performed comprehensive financial analyses.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rice University.
