Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge to Pinnacle having spent his career in physician practice and healthcare management. This includes oversight of day-to-day operations, development of physician employment arrangements, and proven leadership in achieving long-term objectives. With a demonstrated history of success within the hospital and health care industry, his expertise includes strategic planning, physician practice management and oversight, physician compensation and employment agreements, and healthcare management. He has specific clinical, operational, financial and transaction experience with multi-specialty ambulatory and hospital-based provider service entities including medical practices.

Prior to Pinnacle, Jeff held several management positions at leading healthcare providers including the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). His experience across these roles included oversight of profit/loss statements, contract administration, KPI performance monitoring, and compensation plan design, development and implementation. He is also experienced with employment and professional agreement negotiations and execution, as well as conducting and coordinating compensation fair market value and commercial reasonableness regulatory and compliance reviews and ongoing assessments.

Working alongside hospital administration, department directors, legal advisors, valuation firms and healthcare consultants, Jeff is highly effective at coordinating internal and external resources. As a client advocate and experienced facilitator, he develops cohesive and integrated teams and holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and Master’s in Corporate Communications from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA.
