Lei brings over twenty years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic planning and execution to Pinnacle. She is responsible for providing reliable financial leadership by managing accounting and financial reporting, budgets, KPI analysis, and M&A support. By leveraging her unique experiences from start-ups to multinational corporations, she brings a fresh approach to streamlining processes, standardizing procedures, optimizing resources, and preparing the company for strategic growth.
Lei gained skills specializing in the energy sector’s capital market in Beijing and Hong Kong, including experiences at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City and private equity funds on Wall Street. Since relocating to Colorado in 2011, she has worked with several local public and private companies serving as controller, director, VP of finance, and fractional CFO. She founded LoHi Capital which secured $40 million in funding from Asia for the development of oil and gas projects in multiple states.
Lei has an MBA in Finance and Professional Accounting from Fordham University in New York. She also holds a CPA license (inactive) from the State of New York and a Colorado Real Estate license (inactive).
