Overview Sarah has more than 15 years of healthcare experience. She performs fair market value compensation analyses specific to various arrangements between providers and hospitals, while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
She has also performed productivity analyses, and developed and reviewed summary appraisal reports. Outside of compensation valuation, Sarah has worked on a broad range of healthcare consulting projects, including IRO services, physician needs assessments, strategic planning, compensation plan design, and market research.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Sarah was a Senior Analyst, Senior Consultant and Manager at a national healthcare consulting firm. Across various roles from independent contractor to manager, she gained valuable experience and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare provider compensation analysis and reporting.
Sarah holds a BBA with a Major in French from the University of Tennessee, and an MBA with a concentration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
