With an extensive career that spans more than 25 years and includes a long list of industry-leading accomplishments, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Pinnacle as a Partner and member of the leadership team. The addition of his talent and expertise to the vast resources already present at Pinnacle has allowed us to become one of the most comprehensive and sought-after physician advisory companies in the nation.

Todd’s area of focus includes physician practice startup and growth, strategic planning, real estate development, financial planning and management, and the cultivation of long-term/win-win partnerships. Working effectively with both human and capital assets, Todd develops highly efficient physician practice organizations that drive revenue and improve quality while increasing staff retention and reducing costs.

Looking back over the past 20 years alone, Todd has served as CEO/COO of several medical organizations, developed three startup surgery centers, and opened several medical practices. As COO of a large Portland, Oregon medical practice, he drove significant business expansion going from 14 physicians and $8.2M annual revenue to 28 physicians and $18M in revenue in 2019.

Connecting the dots in new and highly innovative ways, Todd achieves exceptional results for clients leveraging his broad expertise in practice management, managed care contracting, executive leadership, joint ventures, board leadership, business development, marketing, physician network growth, product line development, program expansion, contract negotiations, staffing, budgeting, and real estate development.

He received his master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a member of the Renal Physicians Association.
