Overview Carlo is an analyst supporting Pinnacle’s compensation valuation division. As an analyst, he performs healthcare market research, physician compensation data analysis, and FMV/compliance support.
Prior to Pinnacle, Carlo worked at Children’s Mercy where he analyzed data and reports relating to financial reporting, monthly budgets and departmental compliance data; and he automated a new physician hire approval process and created a database and tracking system. He has also served as a Patient Care Associate at Mercy Hospital and a Patient Access Representative at SSM-Urgent Care.
Carlo received his Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Missouri Columbia and his Master of Health Administration from Saint Louis University.
