Charlie brings nearly twenty years of healthcare sales and management experience to the Pinnacle leadership team, focusing primarily on client relations and new business development. Given Pinnacle’s tremendous growth the past several years, his expert guidance will allow us to more effectively communicate and align our vast resources and talent diversity with the unique needs of our clients.
Prior to Pinnacle, Charlie served as the regional director of sales and client services for two national consulting firms where he led successful programs that expanded key service lines and enhanced the overall client experience. Leveraging his proven track record, Charlie remains committed to client satisfaction and retention, ensuring that Pinnacle’s custom approach to client solutions remains at the forefront as we continue to expand.
