Gina is an operations and supply chain executive with over 35 years of experience leading, strategizing and implementing complex organizational initiatives in the telecommunication and healthcare industries. She has served in executive roles in both industries and has first-hand experience with mergers and acquisitions, financial and organizational turnarounds, corporate buy-sell events, and real estate operations including acquisition, repurposing and operations management. Gina has also facilitated multiple physician office and surgery center acquisitions including upfront valuations and establishment of contracts, required support services, operational standards and quality metrics.
Throughout her career Gina has had great success reengineering / transforming supply chain organizations by leveraging her business mindset to approach a wide variety of healthcare challenges with physicians, clinicians and executive teams who see things from very different perspectives. In addition, Gina has extensive experience in the design, build, integration and implementation of multiple technologies, including fully integrated ERP and EHR Systems. Validating her extensive expertise and the effectiveness / impact she delivers, Gina has been pivotal in implementing business partnerships that have resulted in more than 80 million dollars in savings within service contracts and supplies.
Gina holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, BA in Business Administration & Economics from Dominican University. She has served on several Boards, been a keynote speaker at healthcare conferences, and has written and published several articles.
